Privacy Policy
Short and honest. How Network Data Labs handles personal data on www.networkdatalabs.com and the API at api.networkdatalabs.com.
Last updated: 23 Sep 2026
What we collect
- Account registration — email and password when you sign up for an API key through the dashboard.
- Server and API logs — basic request metadata (e.g. timestamps, IP, endpoints, status codes, API key identifiers) to operate and secure the service.
- Analytics — we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-oriented and does not rely on classic advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- Respond to API key requests and communicate about the service.
- Operate, secure, and debug the website and API.
- Understand usage so we can improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with processors that help us run the product (for example hosting on Cloudflare and/or Fly, and email delivery if we use it). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep lead and API account data while it is relevant to providing the service. Operational and security logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will help where applicable.
International processing
We may process data outside your country — including on infrastructure in regions used by our hosting providers. By using the site or API, you understand data may cross borders.
Updates
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
