Terms of Service

Rules for using Network Data Labs’ website and IP intelligence / geolocation API (v0) at api.networkdatalabs.com.

Last updated: 23 Sep 2026

The service

We provide an IP intelligence / geolocation API (currently v0), plus this marketing site. There is a Free tier and paid plans via Stripe when billing is live.

Acceptable use

  • No abuse, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security.
  • No illegal use of the API or data.
  • No resale or redistribution that violates law or these terms.
  • Fair use of the Free tier — do not treat it as unlimited production capacity.

Accuracy

Geolocation and related signals are best-effort. We expose fields such as accuracy_radius_km and confidence so you can judge fitness for your use case. We do not warrant city-level (or any specific) precision.

API keys

Keys are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your key. Keep keys out of public repos and client-side code when possible; rotate if exposed.

Availability

The Free tier is best-effort. We do not offer a hard SLA on Free. Paid plans may include different availability commitments when billing is live — those will be stated at signup or in plan docs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network Data Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the site or API. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
